Service Agreement

1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions and Service Agreement ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 888yet and every player ("you" or "user") who uses the 888yet platform, its website, mobile services, and related software.

By accessing the platform, registering an account, or using any of the services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

888yet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. User Eligibility

To use the 888yet platform, you must meet the following requirements—

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from using the platform.
• You may only use an account that you have personally registered.
• If you are located in or visiting a country where using this service is against local law, you must not use it — you are solely responsible for your own compliance.
• Each person may register only one account. More than one account per household is not permitted.

888yet reserves the right to request a national registration card, identity card, or any other age-verification document to confirm that these requirements are met.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Registration

To access all services, you must create an account. The information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. If an account is found to contain false information, 888yet reserves the right to close it.

3.2 Account Security

Your login details (username / password) must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone. 888yet is not responsible for any damage caused by unauthorised access by a third party. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact us immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

888yet reserves the right to close an account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances—

• Breach of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Found to be under 21 years of age
• Using the platform for money laundering or to breach any law

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods

You can deposit on the 888yet platform using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. All payments are processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum amount per deposit is 20,000 Ks. The minimum amount per withdrawal is also 20,000 Ks. Requests below these minimum amounts will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

After a withdrawal request is received, it is normally completed within 10–45 minutes. Please note that this period may be exceeded due to bank delays or verification checks.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

Withdrawals are only paid back to the same method used for the deposit. Under our anti-money laundering policy, 888yet reserves the right to verify any withdrawal.

5. Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at 888yet, you can claim a 100% welcome bonus — up to 200,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 25x the bonus amount first.

Example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks. You must wager 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks before you can withdraw.
• Deposit 420,000 Ks and receive a 200,000 Ks bonus (maximum cap), giving a total balance of 620,000 Ks. You must wager 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks before you can withdraw.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• If a player is found to be exploiting ineligible game types to gain an advantage during the bonus period, the bonus may be voided.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
• 888yet reserves the right to change or suspend bonus offers at any time.

6. VIP Programme and Cashback

The 888yet VIP programme has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can move up one tier at a time based on your number of bets and regular play.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week

Cashback will be credited as bonus funds and the same bonus terms and conditions apply. 888yet reserves the right to review VIP tier status.

7. Fair Play Rules and Prohibited Activities

The platform must be used fairly, and the following actions are strictly prohibited—

• Bonus abuse — for example, playing against friends' accounts to exploit bonuses
• Hacking or intentionally exploiting software bugs
• Using bots or gameplay-enhancing software
• Attempting to launder money through the platform in any form
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing other players, or taking any action that disrupts the service

If any of these prohibited activities are found to have occurred, 888yet will block the account, void the bonus, and take action in accordance with the law.

8. Legal Protection and Limitation of Liability

888yet protects the platform with SSL encryption and secure technologies, but cannot be held responsible for losses caused by server failures, communication delays, or third-party connectivity issues.

888yet's liability for losses, delays, or unexplained interruptions caused by gameplay is limited to the amount of eligible wagers placed by that player within the 30-day period in question.

8.1 External Submissions

If you have a dispute regarding any action taken by 888yet, you must first raise the issue with 888yet customer service via 24/7 Live Chat or by emailing [email protected].

9. Personal Data Protection

888yet handles players' personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. That policy is considered part of these terms and conditions.

A player's personal data will never be sold or shared with third parties without their consent — except where required by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

888yet takes responsible gaming seriously. If you feel that gaming is causing problems in your life, you can contact support to set deposit limits or apply a self-exclusion.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All website designs, code, images, trademarks, and content on this platform are protected by 888yet's intellectual property rights. You may not copy, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from 888yet.

12. Policy Changes and Notices

If 888yet amends these terms and conditions, you will be notified in advance via an announcement on the platform or by email sent to the address on your account. Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
